Primary Purpose and Function:

We are looking for a Project Manager to add to our team of players. We need an organized planner who can keep numerous projects moving forward at the same time without folding. Someone who would love to work with customers, factory personnel in China, and freight forwarding specialists. You will be a part of a team generating manufacturing proposals, overseeing production schedules, and coordinating shipments of goods from the China factories. You will be a big part of how games transition from a simple idea to a finished product on the shelves of national retail chains and online sellers!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an internal team in managing customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers as well as China based factory partners.
• Oversee manufacturing project milestones.
• Coordinate the sourcing of product components from multiple China based vendors.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• College degree or 2+ years relevant experience
• Preferred experience with China based manufacturing, importing
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, Monday.com, video conferencing Benefits and Work Environment

Location :

Springfield, MA (our office is located in the Indian Orchard neighborhood). Springfield is located 90 miles west of Boston, 30 miles north of Hartford, 140 miles north of NYC, and 40 miles east of The Berkshires. Within several hours you can be in major cities, hiking in some of the most beautiful mountain ranges in our country, at the beach, on the Cape, or eating lobster rolls on the coast of Maine, in other words we are dead center to numerous fun options which is important because work/life balance is important. Springfield itself is home to the Basketball Hall of Fame and Dr. Seuss. Close by is the Volleyball Hall of Fame, the home city of Eric Carle and don't even get us started on what this area looks like in the fall when the colors are turning - just WOW!
