• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements, including automation and quality frameworks
• Analyze data, workflows, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Manage end-to-end workflows, including escalations and case resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to implement solutions
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Strong experience in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
• Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and workflows to drive insights and decisions
• Experience managing end-to-end operations, escalations, and workflow resolution
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders)
• Hands-on experience creating SOPs, documentation, and governance frameworks What's in this Project Manager position for you?

Pay Details:
