Only W2 not for c2c Must-Haves 7+ years of project management experience, senior level Multiple large-scale ERP deployments (not just one) Experience with both ERP and WMS implementations (JDE + Infor WMS ideal, but equivalent systems acceptable) Distribution/supply chain/warehousing industry background - non-negotiable Comfortable presenting to EVPs, VPs, and regional presidents Strong EQ and communication skills must be integrated like an internal employee, not a consultant Owns the project plan end-to-end: work breakdown structure, milestones, stand-ups, status reporting, stakeholder updates
