Project Manager

Description One of TEKsystems's clients, a large and growing organization in the energy sector, is looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join their PMO organization. We are looking for a traditional, hands-on project manager with 1-3 years of demonstrated project management experience. The PMO handles a combination of IT and business-related projects, and the ideal candidate would have experience with both, but it's not a requirement. The candidate needs to have experience with all phases of a project lifecycle -- creating project plans, resource planning, identifying risks and dependencies, building schedules, stakeholder management, tracking issues, etc. Initially, the candidate will project manage some low-end projects in terms of complexity including an internal project dealing with HRIS tool implementation. Any experience with PM tools such as OnePlan, Monday, Asana, etc., is needed. Initially, the PM will be onsite to learn the environment, build relationships with team members and stakeholders, etc., but then earn the opportunity to work in a hybrid 50-50 model.
