We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver consistent, quality work on every job. This role is built for someone who likes being in the field, takes ownership, and knows how to keep things moving. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for painting and drywall crews on active job sites Conduct end-of-day walk-throughs on every job to verify quality and identify anything that needs attention before the next day Meet with prospective clients on-site to assess scope and gather the information needed to build accurate quotes Generate detailed quotes and proposals based on your on-site findings Manage day-to-day job site operations to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly Work inside Jobber and our project management software to track jobs, communicate updates, and stay organized (simple systems, built to make your life easier) Roll up your sleeves and assist with painting or drywall work on an as-needed basis What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in construction, painting, drywall, or a related trade Strong communication and organizational skills — you can manage multiple jobs without things falling through the cracks Comfortable talking to clients and representing the company professionally in the field Reliable truck required — we provide compensation for use of your personal vehicle for work-related travel Familiarity with estimating or quoting is a plus, but we'll train the right person Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged Willingness to jump in and do the work when the crew needs an extra set of hands Compensation & Growth Starting salary is $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience and fit. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow as the company grows. We're a team that rewards people who show up, do the work, and take ownership.
