SUMMARY:
This role ensures successful project delivery by managing scope, schedule, budget, and field execution in coordination with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of electrical systems, experience managing commercial construction, and ideally a history in EV-related deployment across all active North American markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead planning & execution of electrical contracting projects from award to closeout Develop and manage projected schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasting\ Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors Ensure compliance with all codes, safety standards, and client specifications Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, & field teams for seamless project transitions Oversee RFl's, submittals, material procurement, and change orders Interface with clients and utility providers regarding coordination and scope alignment Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership Support pre-construction and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
COMPETENCIES/REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ yrs experience in project management within electrical contracting or related field Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction project lifecycle Experience with EV charger infrastructure preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office & project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed EV charging infrastructure experience preferred
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
