Project Manager/Engineer/Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Coordinator to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. These projects involve various aspects of low voltage distribution work, both overhead and underground. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts with design teams to ensure all project elements align seamlessly for field execution. While travel to construction sites is not required, presence at a local service center three days a week is necessary. The role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project execution. Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards. Mentor and support project team members, including coordinators and field staff. Monitor projects from conception to completion, ensuring all steps are completed timely. Identify and escalate project barriers as needed to ensure successful order releases. Collaborate with various departments to balance workplan completion and resource allocation. Essential Skills 2+ years of project management and utility experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint or SAP. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business is a plus. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Experience related to utility work, low voltage distribution, substation, transmission, and natural gas. Experience with underground utility, sewer lines, water lines, and commercial or industrial construction projects. Work Environment The office environment is a state-of-the-art modern workspace. This role requires working from a service center site closest to the candidate's location three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
