Job Description
Position Summary Seeking an experienced Enterprise Portfolio & Value Manager to facilitate and strengthen Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices across strategic enterprise portfolios. This role is responsible for implementing and governing portfolio operations, investment prioritization, lean budgeting, and value delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong Program Management and Lean Portfolio Management experience, coupled with a proven track record of driving Agile transformation initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assess portfolio maturity and develop strategies to advance Lean Portfolio Management capabilities. Establish and oversee governance frameworks for portfolio intake, prioritization, funding, and decision-making. Manage portfolio Kanban systems and facilitate stop, pivot, and persevere decisions to maximize business value. Drive active portfolio management across budget, scope, execution, dependencies, and risks. Monitor Lean Budgeting guardrails and funding mechanisms to ensure strategic investments align with organizational objectives. Develop, maintain, and communicate portfolio roadmaps for strategic initiatives. Oversee portfolio reporting, including KPIs, OKRs, value realization metrics, and executive dashboards. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, prioritization, and investment decisions. Serve as an Agile and Lean Portfolio Management coach, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational maturity. Coordinate portfolio adjustments in response to evolving business priorities and strategic direction. Act as the primary liaison for strategic initiative owners and stakeholders regarding dependencies, risks, and delivery progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, delivery teams, executives, and external partners. Facilitate governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in both Program Management and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Prior consulting or business transformation experience. Deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management principles and practices.

Ability to track, analyze, and communicate portfolio performance, identify risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Extensive experience partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders. Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience launching and managing value streams. Experience leading enterprise Agile and Lean transformation initiatives. Relevant certifications such as:
SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) SAFe Agilist (SA) PMP Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Experience with portfolio and Agile management tools such as Jira Align, Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Planview, or Clarity. Experience working within large-scale, highly regulated organizations.
