Bath Remodeling Location:
New Mexico Job Type:
Full-Time Salary:
$65,000
•75,000 per year + Performance Bonus Experienced Construction Professional? Ready to Get Off the Road? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage residential bath remodeling projects throughout New Mexico. This is NOT a traditional construction Project Manager position. Our Project Managers manage projects primarily from the office rather than from the jobsite. Jobsite visits are rare and are generally only necessary when an issue cannot reasonably be resolved remotely. If you have strong construction knowledge and are ready to use your experience without spending every day driving from jobsite to jobsite, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do You will be responsible for managing projects from contract review through successful installation and closeout.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple residential remodeling projects and installation crews. Reviewing contracts, measurements, photographs, customer selections, and project documentation. Speaking directly with homeowners to confirm project details and expectations. Developing a clear scope of work for each project. Identifying the materials needed before ordering and installation. Providing installers with clear, accurate project instructions. Coordinating with sales, ordering, warehouse, scheduling, production, and installation teams. Communicating with customers throughout the project. Troubleshooting questions and problems with installation crews. Identifying missing or conflicting information before it creates a problem in the field. Documenting project changes, decisions, and customer communications. Taking ownership of projects and making sure they stay on track.
Our Philosophy:
We Do Not Guess. We believe most major remodeling problems start as small problems that could have been caught earlier. A missing measurement. An unclear customer selection. A conflicting photograph. The wrong material. An installer who wasn't given the information they needed. Your job is to catch those things before they become expensive problems. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply react to problems. We want someone who asks questions, verifies information, anticipates problems, communicates clearly, and takes ownership.
What We're Looking For Required:
Strong construction knowledge. Understanding of residential remodeling. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously. Good computer skills and ability to learn company software. Ability to read and understand contracts, measurements, photographs, and construction details. Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, installers, salespeople, and internal teams. Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when problems arise.
Preferred:
Bath or shower remodeling experience. Residential construction or remodeling project management experience. Experience working with installation crews. This Position May Be Right for You If... You have construction experience and understand how a remodeling project should come together—but you're ready to spend less time driving between jobsites and more time using your knowledge to manage projects effectively. You can look at a contract, measurements, and photographs and recognize what could go wrong before the installer arrives. You're organized. You're detail-oriented. You don't make assumptions. And when something doesn't make sense, you dig until you find the answer. Compensation $65,000
•75,000 per year based on experience + Performance Bonus Full-Time If you have strong construction knowledge, enjoy solving problems, and believe that good planning and communication can prevent problems before they happen, we want to hear from you.
