A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT projects, Experience managing migration project budgets and schedules.
Cloud concepts:
A strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid cloud environments.
Automation:
Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
DevOps:
Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Certification:
PMP.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts for all levels of the business.
Leadership:
The ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Problem-solving:
Strong analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate risks and resolve issues during the migration process.
Adaptability:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Nice to have:
Azure services: Familiarity with a wide range of Azure services, including Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Database Migration Service.
AI Awareness:
Demonstrate working knowledge of modern AI technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI, automation platforms, and data driven decision tools).
