Project Manager

Responsibilities Monitor and respond to operational issues across multiple community safety services. Provide real-time operational support during active events, ensuring service integrity. Document workflows and identify opportunities for process automation. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for various services. Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate effective service delivery. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents within defined SLAs. Skills 3+ years of experience in community operations, crisis communications, or related fields. Strong judgment and decision-making skills in time-sensitive situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination. Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and escalation processes. Preferred Skills Experience in emergency management or public safety operations. Familiarity with animal welfare organizations or pet technology platforms. Background in process documentation, workflow design, or operations automation. Experience working with API integrations or partner support.
