Job Purpose The Enterprise Implementation & Integration Team seeks a cross-functional project manager to lead various IT teams and their processes in support of business initiatives.

St. Louis, MO (hybrid) Duties & Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to: Project management of cross functional processes in IT in support of café new opens Review processes and identify areas for improvement. Advocate for the business needs as they relate to IT technology and software. Troubleshoot issues for resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments. Manage the time and capacity of all the project's key players. Provide timely project status updates. Qualifications (Education & Experience) Qualifications include: Basic knowledge of the Service Now program Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel Conflict management to maintain team collaboration. Strong communication skillset for IT as well as business partners Ability to adapt to changes within the department and organization.
