Position Summary The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The PM will work closely with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining Redpoint's high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, engineers, and inspectors. Monitor job progress and proactively address any issues that may impact timelines or budgets. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, contract documents, and company standards. Work collaboratively with field superintendents to support daily operations. Track and report project financials, including cost reports, change orders, billing, and forecasting. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in civil construction project management (wet utilities or grading experience). Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Knowledge of Arizona construction standards Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
