Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects, timelines, priorities, and creative resources. Coordinate with brand marketers, brand managers, and creative teams. Prepare project briefs, timelines, and resource plans. Manage MLR submissions, review cycles, revisions, and approvals. Route final assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats and internal channels. Identify and resolve project risks, scope, timing, and resource issues. Develop and improve workflows, templates, and reporting processes. Requirements 5+ years of project/account management experience in healthcare or pharma advertising. Experience managing pharma promotional content through MLR review. Knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and

FDA/OPDP

requirements. Strong project management, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with Workfront, Asana, Monday, or similar project management tools. Experience with in-house creative studios, modular content, or AI-assisted content production is a plus.
