This role is responsible for managing schedules, scope, and project handoffs while serving as the primary point of contact for brand marketers and brand managers. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping work on track, supporting creative teams, and ensuring all materials are properly prepared and submitted through the MLR review process. The Project Manager will partner closely with creative leadership and contribute to workflow optimization across multiple concurrent projects. Core Responsibilities Intake new requests from brand teams and translate them into clear briefs, timelines, and resource plans. Manage day-to-day production across multiple concurrent projects and channels. Oversee project status, priorities, and team capacity planning for creative resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand marketers and brand managers. Coordinate MLR submissions, track review cycles, and manage revisions through approval. Route final assets through Veeva and internal distribution channels. Identify project risks early and resolve scope, timeline, and resourcing challenges. Support the development and refinement of studio workflows, templates, and reporting processes. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies 5+ years of project management or account management experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency. Direct experience managing pharmaceutical promotional content through the MLR review process. Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and
FDA/OPDP
requirements for branded and unbranded materials. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Experience working directly with creative teams and providing clear, organized project direction. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday. Preferred Skills or Experience Experience working within an in-house creative or content studio environment. Exposure to modular content development and content reuse workflows. Experience using AI-assisted content production tools. Work Details Full-time position. Hybrid work model. Monday through Friday schedule. Standard business hours in the Pacific Time zone.
