  • 5:00 PM EST Overview The Project Manager III will provide strategic and operational support to client's a Contract Support and Market Outreach (CSMO) team, focusing on process improvement, change management, market outreach, data interpretation and reporting, and organizational effectiveness across a portfolio of complex infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level project oversight and performance reporting

  • Support the planning and execution of engagement efforts, including vendor outreach, networking events, and information sessions to support CSMO initiatives and procurement strategies.

Analyze project and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop clear, concise reports and support delivery of presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Design and distribute user surveys to gather feedback, interpret results, and recommend actionable improvements. Support leadership with internal and external communications Apply change management and process improvement methodologies Facilitate cross-functional workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions Manage a team of Procurement & Market Analyst, and Business Analyst. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 15+ years of experience managing complex, multi-discipline architectural & engineering or construction contracts/contracts or field construction, or equivalent knowledge, experience, and advanced degree. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
