Project Manager - Conveyor Installation

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee conveyor installation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site experience will drive successful project outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction initiatives while collaborating with teams and clients to bring visionary projects to life. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, etc... Coordinate with contractors and customers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, plans, and contracts. Utilize construction management software like ProCore for tracking progress, managing documentation, and maintaining communication channels. Monitor project schedules closely, adjusting timelines proactively to address delays or unforeseen issues. Review and interpret plans and schematics to facilitate accurate execution of projects. Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality control, and safety compliance. Facilitate effective project coordination among team members to ensure seamless workflow across all phases of project management. Maintain detailed records of project activities, including incident reports, logs, and correspondence for accountability. Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc... Able to read and execute construction plans effectively. Experience managing contracts and understanding legal aspects related to construction projects. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols and best practices in construction management. Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, vendors, etc... Background in the conveyor and parcel industry with hands-on construction site experience required.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
