Description Summary:
Greentech Renewables Commercial Power is looking for a Project Manager to join our Team. This role will work closely with our sales team, customers and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly from the point of purchase order through project completion. This position will handle multiple solar and switchgear projects at a time and requires great customer service and attention to detail. Project Managers are responsible for ordering material from vendors, coordinating logistics and delivery of material to warehouses or job sites across the country and invoicing for material and services supplied. Project Managers are expected to represent Greentech in a professional manner and should be driven and self-sufficient.

PC Manager/Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in project management, distribution or a similar role
+ Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
+ Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce), warehouse management software,
Microsoft Outlook, Excel Preferred Qualifications:
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
+ Solar or electrical experience preferred
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work in a team to accomplish common goals
Working Conditions:
+ This is a fully remote, computer-based role requiring extended periods of time working at a desk or workstation
+ Daily work is performed primarily on a computer, including email, video conferencing, and specialized software platforms
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No Essential Job Functions:
+ Release material order to vendors quickly and accurately
+ Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly
+ Quickly resolve issues that could delay or negatively impact projects
+ Coordinate logistics for large pieces of solar and switchgear
+ Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships
+ Accurately bill for materials shipped

Veteran Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $65000 to $75000 annually.
Other Compensation:
