POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the end-to-end execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to all project performance targets such as timing, cost, quality, and achievement of proposed benefits/return. This role is responsible for gathering project requirements, establishing project plans, confirming cost structures and oversees the overall execution of a project. As a cross-functional partner, the Project Manager interacts regularly with various teams, departments and clients to ensure a seamless execution of various projects.

Location:

Hybrid role based of out Baltimore, MD, or Pittsburgh, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collects, organizes and understands project requirements Working understanding of design basics, retail campaign processes, print production terminologies. Develops and maintains project plans, including documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, timelines, schedules, internal and external resources, project dashboards, etc. Communicates project statuses, requirements, and across the Project Management team and all necessary departments. Identifies potential risks and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards. Analyzes the project's cost structure and any significant deviations from the approved cost structure. Collaborates regularly with creative design team, tech design, production management, and client management on various portions of a project. Manages day-to-day operations of projects including task management, task delegation, risk assessment and resolution. Attends and/or leads project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc. Assists with the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity. Actively engages and participates in auditing and/or adapting processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in project management (or related field) Experience in Creative Operations or Creative Project Management is a plus Strong understanding of end-to-end creative process including concept development and design; print production experience is a plus Experience in website design and platforms a plus 4+ years of previous project management experience; agency experience is a plus High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, digital asset management systems, and creative review tools Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts (profit margins, cost structures, billing and invoicing) Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,000 USD - $83,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
