Verveba Telecom Position Summary Verveba Telecom is seeking an experienced Project Manager- Data Center & Telecom Infrastructure to lead complex data center, fiber, low-voltage and network infrastructure projects across the United States.

- Inside Plant fiber infrastructure Central Office (CO) environments MTSO / telecom switching facilities MMR and data hall connectivity Structured cabling systems High-count fiber installation MPO/MTP fiber infrastructure Ribbon and mass-fusion splicing Single-fiber splicing and termination OTDR and OLTS testing Fiber certification and remediation Fiber characterization and acceptance testing Cable tray, ladder rack, raceway and pathway systems Rack, cabinet and equipment installation Rack & stack / network equipment deployment Fiber patching and cross-connects Network migration, cutover and turn-up activities QA/QC and commissioning Day-2 infrastructure operations Experience working in live/operational network environments where outages, MOPs, maintenance windows and change controls must be carefully managed is highly desirable.

standards and installation practices . Demonstrated experience managing technicians, supervisors and subcontractors. Strong understanding of fiber and structured cabling infrastructure. Ability to interpret SOWs, drawings, floor plans and technical documentation. Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills. Experience with manpower planning, scheduling and production management. Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States . Preferred Qualifications BICSI certification such as RCDD, RTPM, TECH or Installer is highly desirable. PMP certification is a plus. OSHA-10 or OSHA-30. Hyperscale or large data center experience. Central Office / carrier network infrastructure experience. Experience managing 20-100+ field resources . High-count fiber, ribbon splicing and advanced fiber testing experience. Experience with rack & stack, EF&I or network equipment deployment. Experience managing multi-site or multi-market programs. What We Are Looking For We need a Project Manager who is: Operationally strong- understands field execution, not just project administration. Technically credible
- comfortable discussing fiber, network infrastructure and installation requirements with customers and field teams. Customer-facing
- capable of representing Verveba professionally with GCs, integrators, carriers, hyperscalers and data center customers. Highly organized
- maintains control of manpower, production, scope, schedule and documentation. Proactive
- identifies and resolves issues before they become customer escalations. Field-oriented
- willing to travel and be physically present when the project requires leadership. Accountable
- takes ownership of delivery rather than simply reporting problems. Adaptable
- capable of maintaining operational control in rapidly changing project environments.
Pay:
$75,539.73- $90,972.
