Checkmate Property Services | Steamboat Springs, CO Lead Projects. Support Crews. Deliver Results. Checkmate Property Services is a growing exterior construction and property services company serving homeowners associations (HOAs), property managers, commercial properties, and select residential clients in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We specialize in exterior repairs and improvements, including siding, decking, waterproofing, concrete repair, asphalt maintenance, fencing, and related construction services. We're looking for a team-oriented Construction Production Manager who can turn sold work into completed work by coordinating crews, schedules, materials, customers, and project execution. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and serves as a key link between the office, field crews, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. We are open to candidates from a variety of construction backgrounds, including project management, field leadership, operations coordination, production management, superintendent roles, foreman positions, and related construction experience. This is a hybrid role that combines field leadership, project coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative planning. Other days you'll be coordinating schedules, ordering materials, communicating with customers, and planning upcoming work. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable in work boots and behind a computer. The Production Manager helps remove obstacles, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving from kickoff to completion. Success in this role means crews are prepared, customers are informed, projects stay organized, quality standards are maintained, and work moves efficiently from sold to completed. The right person doesn't need to know every answer upfront. They need to be resourceful, organized, and willing to use the people, systems, and tools available to solve problems and keep projects moving. We believe successful projects are built through planning, communication, documentation, and accountability. We rely on proven systems and processes—not memory—to keep work organized and moving forward. Why Join Checkmate?
