We're looking for a Project Manager with strong construction management fundamentals who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a GC Project Manager, you're responsible for coordinating dozens of moving parts, often relying on teams and subcontractors you don't directly control. At Sixth City Glazing, you'll have the opportunity to focus on one specialized scope and truly own it—from submittals through closeout. You'll work closely with our field crews and fabrication shop, building strong relationships with the people responsible for executing the work. To make that possible, we've built our own proprietary project management software and custom applications designed specifically around how a glazing contractor operates. Our documented processes, formal handoffs, clear accountability, and AI-assisted tools help our team work smarter, communicate better, and focus on delivering exceptional projects. What You'll Do Manage commercial glazing projects from handoff through closeout, including submittals, procurement, scheduling, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation. Coordinate directly with our field operations team and fabrication shop, working alongside the people responsible for delivering the work. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Navigate challenging conversations while protecting project outcomes and company interests. Work within our proprietary project management platform, custom-built applications, AI-assisted tools, Foundation Software, and Google Workspace. Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and the overall project experience. What We're Looking For Project management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities. A track record of anticipating issues and solving problems before they escalate. Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment. The ability to balance client relationships with company objectives. A genuine interest in learning the glass and glazing trade—we'll teach the technical side if you bring strong PM fundamentals. Comfort with technology, systems-driven workflows, and continuous improvement. Curiosity about AI tools is a plus. What We Offer

• $80,000 - $105,000 base salary, depending on experience
