Role Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our demolition projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will handle pre-construction scheduling, collaborate with the estimator to track job progress, and manage budgets and schedules on the job site. You will also lead project teams and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Bid Planning:

Track new opportunities and schedule them if they align with company goals.

Qualifications Review:

Ensure project requirements are met, assign appropriate personnel, and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the project scope.

Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project schedules and key milestones.

Budget Management:

Track costs, approve invoices, and manage overall project spending.

Site Oversight:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and enforce safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.

Communication:

Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve project delays or design issues efficiently.

Requirements and Skills Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in construction management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and blueprint reading.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in project management software, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
