6+ months | $59.20/hr W2 About the Role Join a dynamic cross-functional team as a Project Manager supporting procurement, governance, and business analysis initiatives. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work for U.S

• based talent and the chance to expand your project management skillset while influencing process improvement and digital transformation across procurement operations. Responsibilities
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and maintain comprehensive documentation for multiple workstreams
• Facilitate program meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on next steps
• Monitor project progress, track budgets, and prepare regular status updates and reports for leadership
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications and action plans
• Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing for Source-to-Pay solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams on process documentation, gap analysis, and solution validation
• Prepare presentation materials for executive and steering committee reviews
• Support data mapping, migration validation, reconciliation, and traceability matrix development during system implementations
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications
• Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and management of requirement change requests Required Skills and Experience
• 1-3 years project coordination or project management experience
• Basic understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to business analysis practices (requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT) Preferred Skills
• Internship experience in procurement or finance
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa)
• Knowledge of documentation and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence)
• Interest in pursuing PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or CBAP certifications Benefits
