Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Multifamily Residential projects. The ideal candidate must be licensed/registered with a robust experience in architecture and project management, possessing 7-10+ years of experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage multifamily residential projects from conception to completion. Coordinate project design and implementation using AutoCAD and Revit software. Collaborate with a team of architects and urban planners to deliver exceptional design solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Partner with the urban design studio to explore and learn new aspects of the business. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 7-8+ years of experience in architecture and project management. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software. Experience in multifamily residential architecture. Licensed/Registered as an architect. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with core and shell as well as interior projects. Capability to work on both ground-up and renovation projects. Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles such as project architect and project manager.
