Wisconsin , Platteville Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving/site development. This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing projects from award through completion, working closely with field operations to ensure safe, profitable, and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for civil projects Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation

Qualifications:

4+ years of heavy civil construction experience Background in earthwork, utilities, and/or paving preferred Experience in estimating and/or project management Strong communication and organizational skills
