3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Tracks project progress, identifies delays or risks, and escalates issues when needed. Coordinates cross-functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management to align materials, orders, and timelines. Maintains organized documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates. Supports resolution of roadblocks by gathering information, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-through. Builds dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using advanced Excel capabilities. Maintains accurate project documentation and trackers for assigned projects. Supports development of corrective actions by proactively identifying issues. Aligns materials, orders, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Advanced Excel expertise for building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Ability to track project progress, identify delays or risks, and escalate issues. Experience coordinating cross-functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management. Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize work. Ability to support resolution of roadblocks by gathering information and driving follow-through. Experience developing corrective actions for identified issues. Ability to drive alignment and maintain project momentum across diverse groups. Experience serving as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
