Qualifications 5+ Years Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously Client Communication and Relationship Management Building and Managing Project Timelines Running Meetings, Kickoffs, and Status Updates Tracking Deliverables, Feedback, and Approvals Managing Cross-Functional Teams and Freelancers Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Ability to Identify Risks and Problem Solve Quickly Experience in Commercial, Agency, or Production Environments Advanced with Notion, Monday, Asana, or Similar PM Tools Attention to Detail Proactivity and Ownership Mentality Responsibilities You will own the execution of every project from start to finish. You will be the central point of communication, ensuring that timelines are met, clients are informed, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will manage multiple projects across pre-production, production, and post production simultaneously while keeping everything aligned and moving forward.

Some responsibilities include:

Continuously improving workflows and implementing better systems Identifying risks early and solving problems before they escalate Holding internal team members and freelancers accountable to deadlines Sending follow-ups, recap notes, and clear next steps after every interaction Tracking deliverables, approvals, and feedback loops Building and managing timelines within our PM system Leading kickoff calls, internal syncs, and status meetings Acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication Owning 5-10 active projects at any given time across all stages of production Assisting with smaller crew production logistics including scheduling, crew coordination, and organization
