PROJECT MANAGER PENSACOLA, FL - HYBRID, 3 DAYS ONSITE RATE IS NEGOTIABLE

Ongoing contract Supports HR, Learning and Talent Development technical and systems-related initiatives by leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including requirements intake, scoping, planning, and implementation. Partners with business stakeholders, systems teams, and cross-functional partners to manage technical dependencies, integrations, and solution alignment. Drives execution using structured project plans, facilitates working sessions, and ensures clear communication of risks, issues, and impacts. Maintains project momentum through proactive risk management, change control, and escalation. Contributes to portfolio governance by delivering accurate status reporting, supporting intake prioritization, and ensuring alignment to enterprise project frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile or hybrid delivery models).
