The Team You'll Join The Finance team at Envestnet plays a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and execution across the organization by leading high-impact, technology-focused initiatives. Partnering closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders, the team delivers complex system implementations, process enhancements, and digital transformation efforts that strengthen financial operations and decision-making. By bridging business needs with technical solutions, improving workflows, and ensuring strong governance and compliance, the team helps modernize how Finance operates—creating a dynamic environment for those who enjoy collaborating across functions and driving meaningful, enterprise-wide impact. How You ' ll Contribute Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
- Provides Project Management support for routine projects within a functional, operational or technical area.
- Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.
- Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.
- Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.
- Supports and facilitates all phases of project execution.
- Facilitates face-to-face communication and project feedback, from the initial kickoff meeting through milestone reporting and close-out.
- Ensures effective cross-functional participation.
- Monitors metrics and reports on progress, issues and status.
- Ensures consistency and adherence to company standards, processes and policies.
- Identifies and translates client needs into project timelines that effectively address potential risks.
- Leads Finance technology initiatives, including financial system implementations, ERP upgrades, digital transformation efforts, system integrations, and data migration projects.
- Serves as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technology solutions and project outcomes.
- Drives operational efficiency and process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline Finance workflows, supporting change management activities, and maintaining visibility into the Finance technology project portfolio.
- Ensures Finance technology projects meet internal control, audit, compliance, and data governance requirements while maintaining appropriate project documentation and implementation oversight. What You ' ll Need to Bring
- Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities without loss of quality.
- Superior time management capabilities and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives clearly and confidently.
