Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$43.50 - $47.50/hour Position Summary Our client, a large enterprise organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support two major initiatives within its enterprise Learning and Development function: building digital fluency and AI literacy capabilities. The role sits on the systems side of the department, managing structured proficiency lanes from foundation to advanced level, coordinating delivery and stakeholders, and tracking progress through pre- and post-training benchmarking, metrics and evaluation. Candidates with strong facilitation skills who can also manage programmes are equally welcome, depending on background. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of large-scale digital fluency and leadership development projects, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables Build out and manage structured proficiency lanes, from foundation to advanced level, supporting digital fluency capability building across the organisation Support deployment, facilitation coordination and learning operations for a leadership upskilling programme reaching approximately 2,000 leaders Coordinate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams Track progress through pre- and post-training benchmarking, and develop learning insights, metrics and evaluation reporting Prepare executive-ready decks and presentations to communicate progress and impact Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items and maintain clear stakeholder communication Support occasional in-person kickoffs and events, including event administration (approximately 15% onsite) Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in project or programme management Background in learning and development, education or corporate learning is ideal, though not required Bachelor's degree in business, education or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training No prior utilities industry experience required; candidates from other industries, particularly larger or more progressive organisations, are encouraged to apply Knowledge & Skills Proven project and programme management experience, with a strategic, business-minded approach Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with high adaptability and resilience Results-oriented and data-driven, with a continuous-learning mindset and enthusiasm for technology Skilled in AI tools, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build executive-ready presentations Solid grounding in adult learning principles, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong facilitation skills across virtual, in-person and hybrid formats; candidates who are strong facilitators and can also manage programmes are welcome Skilled in coaching, feedback facilitation and leading difficult conversations or peer learning sessions Experience developing learning insights, metrics and evaluation frameworks ...
