Create the client's Strategic Asset Management Plan (COP/Quality Plan) Develop Reliability Centered Maintenance model Maximo system hosting strategy to enable operational functions like RFID printing, data analytics, labelling, server updates compliance, etc. Enable financial functionality and reporting Leverage out of the box functionality in Maximo Enable vendor provided automated testing
