Job Description

Project Manager•MS4 About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in roadway MS4 projects to join our growing team. This role can be based in Atlanta, Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, or Durham. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and values a hands-on, collaborative approach to project work. What We're Looking For B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 5-10+ years of experience, primarily focused on roadway MS4 projects (DOT experience preferred) Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads and Hydraflow Hydrographs Experience with MicroStation plan production preferred Familiarity with stormwater modeling/design tools (StormCAD, CivilStorm, HY-8) is a plus Project management experience is a plus Strong understanding of DOT requirements, especially related to drainage, stormwater, and erosion control Solid understanding of surveying, geometric design, hydraulics, hydrology, stormwater management, grading, and construction management Proficient in Microsoft Office Key Responsibilities Lead and support roadway MS4 compliance, stormwater design, and erosion control projects Prepare drainage calculations, stormwater reports, technical documentation, and plans following DOT standards Develop Erosion, Sedimentation, and Pollution Control Plans Create drainage layouts, profiles, and drainage area maps for roadway projects Ensure compliance with MS4 permits and all applicable regulations Conduct site visits to inspect drainage systems and stormwater infrastructure Attend client meetings and coordinate with DOT staff Manage tasks or small projects, providing support or oversight to junior staff when needed Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance 401(k) with company match Discretionary time off 10 paid holidays Fitness membership reimbursement Flexible hours and work-from-home opportunities Company-provided laptop and cell phone Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Lead Structural Engineer
