Project Manager Zeke's Roofing | Tampa Bay, FL Join One of Tampa Bay's Fastest Growing Roofing Companies At Zeke's Roofing, we're building something special. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of roofing projects from contract to completion while ensuring exceptional customer communication, quality control, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish Coordinate scheduling with customers, crews, suppliers, and inspectors Conduct pre-construction and post-construction project reviews Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle Order materials and verify deliveries Perform quality control inspections and final walkthroughs Utilize JobNimbus and CompanyCam to track project progress and documentation Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate permits, inspections, and municipal requirements Work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams Monitor project profitability and job performance metrics QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of project management experience Minimum 3 years of roofing, construction, restoration, or related industry experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with subcontractors and field crews Valid driver's license with clean driving record Proficiency with technology and software platforms Preferred Experience with JobNimbus Experience with CompanyCam Knowledge of Florida roofing codes and permitting Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, performance, and industry knowledge. Additional performance incentives available for top performers.
