We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team member who will support our mission and contribute meaningfully to this role. The Project Manager, Strategy & New Programs will play a central role in executing strategic initiatives and building new program offerings that support the growth and diversification of Babilou Family US. Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Innovation, this role will lead cross-functional projects while also helping design, launch, and scale new revenue streams such as after-school programs, summer camps, and employer-sponsored childcare solutions. This position combines strong project management discipline with strategic thinking, ensuring that new initiatives are thoughtfully designed, effectively implemented, and scalable across our network of schools. Strategic Execution. Ensure that priority initiatives across the organization are clearly structured, managed, and successfully delivered. New Program Development. Support the design and launch of new offerings including after-school programs, summer camps, and employer-sponsored childcare solutions. Cross-Functional Alignment. Improve coordination across operations, marketing, education, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively. Scalable Growth. Build repeatable program models and implementation playbooks that allow new initiatives to expand across the Babilou Family US network. What you'll do: Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects across the organization, ensuring initiatives remain on track and aligned with business priorities. Support the development and launch of new program offerings including after-school programs, summer camps, and B2B childcare initiatives. Work closely with the VP of Strategy & Innovation to define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and reporting dashboards to ensure clear visibility into project progress. Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, sales, education, and finance to support effective project delivery. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate new program opportunities, market demand, and operational feasibility. Assist in piloting and scaling new initiatives across schools and regions. Identify operational improvements and support the implementation of process enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability. Support strategic initiatives related to partnerships, new center openings, and operational innovation. Develop internal documentation, toolkits, and implementation guides that enable successful programs to be replicated across locations. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities. Other job-related duties or tasks as assigned.Required & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Project Management, Education, or a related field (Required) 4-7 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, or operational roles (Required) Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept through implementation (Required) Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (Required) Experience working in multi-location service organizations such as education, childcare, hospitality, or retail (Preferred) Experience supporting the development or launch of new programs, products, or services (Preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities (Required) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Required)Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily office and computer-based work environment. Frequent collaboration with leadership teams, school leaders, and cross-functional departments. Occasional visits to childcare centers or program sites. Travel locally up to 30% of the time. Travel nationally up to 10% of the time. $95,000•115,000 per year w/annual bonus potential. The compensation range represents Babilou Family US's intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, and other business factors.
