$30/hr-$32/hr on Temp Side, $75,000 on Perm Side Temp to Perm Hybrid schedule Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and business initiatives within our Education Center team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administrative Support Provide administrative and operational support for Education Center initiatives Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Track and support external content renewals and contract timelines Assist with internal account management tasks, including meeting coordination and follow-ups Respond to inquiries from prospects and internal stakeholders Support external site builds and updates Reporting & Process Management Conduct monthly pipeline reporting and track key performance metrics Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates Maintain accurate records of projects, initiatives, and workflows Edit and manage process documentation and workflow diagrams Collaboration & Communication Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams Coordinate schedules and ensure alignment on project milestones Identify potential risks and proactively recommend solutions Support quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or a related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
