As our organization continues to expand and strengthen enrollment systems across multiple states, Pathways Management Group is seeking a Project Support Specialist to support key initiatives that drive school growth. This role will play an important part in coordinating projects, organizing data, and supporting cross-team initiatives that help ensure schools are positioned to serve more students effectively. Assist in coordinating initiatives that strengthen enrollment across Pathways schools by maintaining dashboards, monitoring enrollment trends, and compiling insights that inform outreach and support data-informed decision-making.Coordinate School Openings/Key School Projects:
Support the planning and implementation of new school openings and other key projects by maintaining project timelines, tracking key milestones, and ensuring coordination across departments. Assist withOutreach and Partnership Coordination:
Help identify and organize outreach opportunities with community partners, events, and organizations that strengthen school visibility and support enrollment growth.Ensure Project Execution and Alignment:
Track progress across initiatives, organize documentation, and support communication between school leaders and internal teams to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with school leadership, marketing, operations, and implementation teams to support coordinated execution of initiatives that strengthen enrollment systems and school operations.Location and Work Environment:
Pathways Management Group is based in Pasadena, CA. While the majority of our team enjoys the flexibility of working from home, this role requires a commitment to spend 20-30 days per year at our corporate office for company events and professional development opportunities.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of project coordination and organizational planning methods Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to track and manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support cross-department initiatives Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving prioritiesEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or program support preferred Experience in a charter school or education organization preferred Experience supporting multifaceted projects, data tracking, outreach initiatives, or enrollment-related work preferredPay:
$28.00 - $31.50 Depending on ExperienceBenefits
