Work Hours:
Mon - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr on W2 Paid Weekly!

The Project/Document Coordinator will support Investment Operations by managing the full documentation lifecycle for assets contributed to reinsurance trust accounts. This role will coordinate the preparation, internal execution, mailing, tracking, and final delivery of required documentation across multiple trust bank accounts and asset classes. The coordinator will work closely with Legal, Investment Operations, Custody, and external service providers to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with established procedures. While certain documentation requirements may vary by asset class, the decision framework is well-documented and supported by clear process guidance.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong document management discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex stakeholder environment. This individual should be comfortable coordinating documentation in a financial services or investment management setting, following items through to completion, and ensuring all required materials are received and confirmed by the bank. #TMCA
