Requirements:
3-5+ years of furniture installation coordination experience Ability to read project plans, drawings, and scope documents Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors or installers 50% travel within the southeast; hotel, gas, airfare, per‑diem covered Reliable transportation for job site visits (within 5 hours or will fly) Must sign a Non‑Disclosure / Non‑
Solicitation Agreement Responsibilities:
Manage furniture installation projects from kickoff to completion Build timelines, phasing plans, and site access requirements Coordinate manpower, equipment, and schedules with 3rd‑party installers Communicate updates, risks, and changes to clients and internal teams Align freight and logistics with installation windows Monitor partner performance and quality Lead walkthroughs and punch list resolution Maintain project documentation and closeout records
Preferred:
Furniture installation or manufacturer certifications PMP certification Experience in commercial interiors or logistics #PRI
