Job Description We are seeking a Junior Implementation Manager to support a large-scale SSO migration initiative involving 200+ integrations moving from SiteMinder to PingFederate. This individual will work closely with the Senior Implementation Manager and technical teams, taking a hands-on role in coordinating individual migrations, tracking activities, following up with stakeholders, and helping move implementations through completion.

Compensation:

$60

• 70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation activities associated with the SSO migration.
• Partner with the Senior Implementation Manager to coordinate migration activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Track partner outreach, implementation status, dependencies, issues, and next steps.
• Follow up with stakeholders to keep migrations progressing according to project milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, implementation activities, and handoffs between business and technical teams.
• Assist with issue identification and escalation.
• Support documentation and status reporting across the migration portfolio.
• Coordinate with testing resources to help move integrations through validation and production readiness.
• Provide hands-on implementation support wherever needed throughout the migration lifecycle. Skills and Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in implementation coordination, project coordination, project management, program support, product operations, or a related area.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and follow-up activities
• Ping federate experience

• Product experience
