Your impact As Reporting Lead, you will act as a key liaison between project delivery teams, programme leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality reporting and performance information throughout the project lifecycle.
You will:
Lead the coordination and delivery of programme reporting to PMO and governance stakeholders. Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, programme leadership and client representatives. Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across reporting processes. Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and management information. Analyse project, schedule and financial performance data to support decision-making. Lead and mentor reporting and performance resources within the project team. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice across project and programme teams. Present complex technical and performance information to senior stakeholders. Support governance activities, risk reporting and programme performance reviews. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. As part of our growing transportation team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of major national infrastructure programmes while working alongside industry-leading professionals. We're looking for an experienced Reporting Lead to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role with regular attendance at the client office (2-3 days per week), offering the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of one of Ireland's most significant infrastructure programmes. Here's what you'll need You'll be an experienced reporting, project controls or programme performance professional with a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure programmes. Essential Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Commercial Management or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years' experience in performance and reporting activities. At least 5 years' experience supporting major infrastructure, transportation, construction or engineering projects through the full project lifecycle. Strong understanding of programme reporting, governance and project controls principles. Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience in a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment. Advanced reporting and data visualisation expertise. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools. Knowledge of earned value management, schedule analysis and financial performance reporting. Experience designing and implementing reporting frameworks and project controls processes. Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
