We're seeking an experienced and motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys managing projects, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your work, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Manage multiple reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and key stakeholders. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For Construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Proficiency with project management software and estimating platforms is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites. Why Join Us?
