Umbrella Roofing is looking for a motivated Project Manager / Sales Rep to help us deliver top-quality roofing solutions while growing our customer base across the Roaring Fork and Eagle Valley's in Western Colorado. This is a hybrid role combining sales, client relationships, and project coordination ; perfect for someone who wants to take ownership, earn strong income, and grow with a company that values customer service, hustle, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners and business clients to assess roofing needs Generate and manage sales leads (we provide support + opportunities) Prepare estimates, proposals, and close deals Coordinate roofing projects from start to finish Communicate with our management team, crews, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Compensation:

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills (Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred) Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Organized and able to manage multiple projects from start to finish Roofing experience (Mountain climate preferred) Sales experience in construction/roofing Valid driver's license and ability to commute to and from work
