Contract/ C2C/ W2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects (implementation, migration, enhancement, support) Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders Ensure successful delivery using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budget Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings Coordinate with business teams to gather and refine requirements Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates Drive UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management with at least 3+ years in Salesforce projects Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) Proven experience managing large-scale CRM implementations Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master) Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft) Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines) Domain experience (Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, etc.)
