Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales/Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion while actively growing our client base. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with hands-on project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for construction and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes and drive business growth through expert project coordination and sales expertise. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within the roofing industry. Lead project planning sessions, establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using construction management software. Oversee all phases of roofing projects, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation with transparency and precision. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and site inspections; address issues proactively to keep projects on track. Foster strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly. Skills -Door to Door sales experience preferred. Proven experience in construction management with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects. Expertise in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software; experience with Schematics is a plus. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site operations. Excellent contract management skills with the ability to negotiate terms effectively. Effective time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for liaising between clients and team members
