This is not just a sales role—and it's not just an operations role. This is a hybrid position for someone who can generate revenue and deliver results. You will be responsible for growing sales through outbound efforts (phone, email, and in-person) while also managing projects, client relationships, and daily operational execution. This role is built for someone who takes ownership—from first contact to final delivery—and thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment. Role Overview This position is both revenue-generating and execution-focused.
You will:
Hunt and close new business through outbound prospecting Build and manage a pipeline aligned with Liberty's growth goals Oversee client projects from sale to completion Coordinate daily operations tied to active jobs Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients Success in this role means you don't just sell the work—you ensure it gets done right. Probationary Period The first three calendar months will be a 1099 contractor role focused on both sales performance and operational capability. During this time, you will be expected to: Hit daily outbound activity targets Learn Liberty's products, services, and processes Generate and close new revenue opportunities Demonstrate strong organization and project follow-through Successful completion of this period leads to a transition into a full-time W-2 Selling Project Manager role. Outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and in-person visits) Managing incoming leads and opportunities Preparing proposals and closing deals Coordinating and managing active client projects Handling logistics tied to project completion This role also requires occasional client site visits and physical project handling.You must be comfortable:
Driving company vehicles Loading/unloading materials Lifting and moving boxes over 50 lbs Compensation Structure Months 1-3 (1099 Contractor): Base income only (vetting period) Month 4+: Transition to W-2 Selling Project Manager — Base + Commission Top performers: $80,000+ Average performers: $50,000-$70,000 Below average: This role will not be a fit You will receive hands-on training in your first week , with consistent daily and weekly coaching to accelerate your success.
