Senior Agile Project Manager #26-04461 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 5/18/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Senior Agile Project Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of mediumplexity projects and programs, including risk and audit initiatives, across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of project resources, ensuring the successful integration of various work streams. This position requires a broad technical background with 3-tiered applications and experience operating in production environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage project/program execution, integration, and implementation, ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the program/project Manage program/project financials and stakeholdermunications Lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally or organizationally aligned Facilitate engagement with senior leaders and financial, legal,pliance, and risk partners Manage the successful execution of technical solutions across single or multiple teams

Requirements:

Proven experience in program and project management Experience with tools like Jira, JIRA Align, Agile View, and Confluence Working knowledge and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies Experience with Audit and Risk projects (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, etc.) Large-scale project management experience with an understanding of Enterprise Change Management policies Excellentmunication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage disparate teams globally and work with little to no supervision Must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership Desired skills: PMP Certified, Certified Scrum Master, RTE, or PM/PO Certifications Basics in financial markets or banking operations AI Prompting relevant to Program and Project Management Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
