- Position Overview
- Senior Consulting Project Managers deliver transformation projects for strategic Autodesk customers as part of our Customer Success Consulting team.
You will manage multiple medium to large projects, or programs of work, at a time. As a Senior Consulting Project Manager, you will lead the execution and completion of all consulting services for our customers. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet customer expectations. Our Project Management team is focused on world-class delivery. You will remotely join our team based in the United States reporting to one of the PM Managers.
- Responsibilities
- + You will project manage consulting projects for Autodesk customers, including data migration projects, software development projects and software trainings + Lead internal and external team members to meet project goals + Maintain communication amongst account team and project team members, lead project review meetings + Translate project scope and vision into clear goals for the team + Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools using standard PM and PSA software + Comply with internal reporting standards and practices + You will perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and develop risk mitigation plans + Support sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solution + Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels •Minimum Qualifications•+ 6+ years experience as a project manager, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field + PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent + Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraints + Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managers + An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations + You demonstrate coaching and leadership skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset ___________________________________________________________________________ •26WD100853, Chef de projet senior en conseil•Aperçu du Poste•Les chefs de projet conseil seniors mènent à bien des projets de transformation pour les clients stratégiques d'Autodesk au sein de notre équipe de conseil dédiée à la réussite client.

- + Vous assurerez la gestion de projets de conseil pour les clients d'Autodesk, notamment des projets de migration de données, de développement logiciel et de formation aux logiciels + Diriger les membres des équipes internes et externes afin d'atteindre les objectifs du projet + Assurer la communication entre les membres de l'équipe chargée du compte et ceux de l'équipe de projet, et animer les réunions de revue de projet + Traduire la portée et la vision du projet en objectifs clairs pour l'équipe + Élaborer et tenir à jour les plans de projet, les calendriers et les outils de contrôle de projet à l'aide de logiciels standard de gestion de projet (PM) et de gestion des services professionnels (PSA) + Respecter les normes et pratiques internes en matière de reporting + Vous réaliserez l'analyse des plans de projet, évaluerez les risques et élaborerez des plans d'atténuation des risques + Vous soutiendrez les équipes commerciales et de développement d'activité en rédigeant et/ou en révisant des propositions, en définissant les périmètres de travail, et en établissant des estimations de livraison et les besoins en ressources pour les solutions + Vous développerez des relations solides avec les clients et les parties prenantes et maintiendrez des canaux de communication efficaces •Qualifications Minimales•+ Au moins 6 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de projet, idéalement dans un environnement de services professionnels ou de conseil + Licence ou expérience professionnelle équivalente dans un domaine pertinent + Certification
PMP / PMI
ou équivalent
+ Capacité avérée à diriger une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs d'un projet et mener à bien des projets qui aboutissent à une mise en production dans le respect des contraintes de coûts et de délais
+ Capacité avérée à travailler au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée d'experts techniques, de commerciaux, d'experts métier et d'autres chefs de projet
+ Capacité à réviser et à rédiger des cahiers des charges, de la documentation liée aux projets, ainsi qu'à élaborer et à présenter des exposés
+ Vous faites preuve de compétences en matière de coaching et de leadership, associées à un état d'esprit collaboratif et inclusif

- Salary transparency
- Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S
- based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $77,000 and $137,940. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
