Philadelphia, PA/hybrid The Senior Manager will lead complex transformation engagements, oversee multiple workstreams, and be responsible for providing integration and transformation support services for Eliassen clients across diverse industries, enabling organizations to successfully navigate and embrace change. This role focuses on designing and implementing modern business solutions that automate, streamline, and modernize operations to support scalable growth. The Senior Manager builds relationships with clients to address business challenges through process optimization, system selection and rationalization, and the integration of acquisitions. Responsibilities also include supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of shared service centers (both outsourced and insourced), as well as establishing and maturing centers of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee complex transformation engagements, including process design and optimization, automation, performance measurement, technology strategy, system selection and implementation, data mapping, testing, and establishment of Centers of Excellence.
- Lead and support acquisition and divestiture initiatives, including integration and separation strategy, synergies realization, system and process optimization, TSA assessment, and IMO/TMO activities.
- Own overall engagement execution, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction across multiple workstreams.
- Define engagement approaches, workstream structures, analysis methods, deliverables, and sequencing to ensure alignment with objectives, scope, and service line methodologies.
- Provide primary and secondary review of deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance engagement delivery and service line operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and senior stakeholders, leading governance cadence, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, understanding strategic priorities and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Participate in risk management analysis exercises within workstreams or engagements
- Make day-to-day engagement decisions independently, escalating only the most complex issues as appropriate.
- Lead, coach, and develop engagement teams by managing performance, workload, and professional growth; foster cross-team collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Manage engagement budgets and schedules, including regular budget-to-actual review and support for pricing and margin targets during proposal development.
- Develop and publish methodologies, processes, toolkits, and frameworks; contribute to service line strategy, offerings, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to expand or cross-sell services within existing clients and lead proposal efforts as requested.
- Actively support networking, recruiting, and business development efforts through professional engagement and external partnerships.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in transformation methodologies, including process redesign, operating model development, KPI frameworks, and change management.
- Ability to lead and review complex analytical work, ensuring strategic alignment and actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in consulting tools, including advanced Excel modeling and executive-ready presentation development.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to craft executive-level deliverables and strategic recommendations.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead client workshops, working sessions, and executive briefings.
- Advanced project and program management capabilities, including risk management, dependency tracking, and cross-workstream coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, delegate effectively, and develop future leaders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to drive decisions independently and resolve complex issues.
- High degree of accountability, ownership, and professional maturity.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect transformation activities to strategic outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, Yaml) are a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred (MBA, MPA, MS in Business Analytics, etc.).
- 7-10 years of experience in consulting, transformation, operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading complex engagements or multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Professional certifications preferred, such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Prosci Change Management or PMP or Agile certifications
- Experience working with senior executives and presenting to leadership teams.
- Industry specialization or deep subject-matter expertise strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience are a plus
Base Range:
$135,000 - $150,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity.
