We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Construction / Engineering) who can take full ownership of large-scale projects from planning through completion. This is not just a coordination role—you will be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver results that matter. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end delivery of construction and/or engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
Budget & Schedule Management:
Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Execution Oversight:
Ensure all project deliverables meet scope, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
Reporting & Documentation:
Provide clear project updates, reporting, and documentation throughout all phases.
Change Management:
Manage scope changes, cost impacts, and contract adjustments effectively and transparently.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Execution Focus:
Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with project scheduling and management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage both field teams and executive stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Mindset:
You are structured, accountable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
Pay:
$13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
